Abstract

This article is part of a larger work aimed at exploring the political and economic possibilities of a solidarity relationship between black Africa, Argentina and Latin America within the framework of the Third World, in order to increase their mutual autonomic possibilities. Accordingly, these pages provide some information on the economic and technical assistance linkages between the world's leading powers and economic groupings, and Black Africa. Its intention is to shed some light on the current state of African dependency situations in this field and on the political objectives and modalities of use of the resources at the disposal of the great powers to impose behaviors of subordination – and in some cases, of support – to African actors.
