The aim of this article is to give evidence on the status of abortion in Chile within the framework of the current discussion about the legalization of abortion on three grounds from statistics provided by public institutions such as the Ministry of Health, the Public Ministry, Gendarmería and interviews with women who receive psychosocial care at the Corporación Miles.
