Abstract
This essay invites reflection on the current migratory situation in the north of the country, where it problematizes the living conditions and the different violations of rights that thousands of children and youth experience on a daily basis. A tension is made from the elaboration of public policies for childhood and adolescence to visualize the actions of the current formal institutions in charge of safeguarding, protecting and actively ensuring the Human Rights of any person who is inhabiting the national territory, allowing open instances of interpretation from the perspective of occupational therapies in the south and the invisibility that the NAJ3 in an irregular situation who live in the second region of Chile have today.
