This paper discusses the changes in the Brazilian labor legislation after the edition of the Statute of the Disabled (Law No. 13.146 / 2015), and presents the evolution of the treatment given by the legislation, based on the Federal Constitution of 1988, with an evaluation about inclusive and integrative constitutional principles, as well as their repercussions on the legal system. It centralizes the discussion about the infraconstitutional alterations to effect the exercise of the labor activity of the person with disabilities. To its end, it was decided to perform a literature review and literature anchored in documentary research, allowing the confrontation of research, doctrines and critical analysis of the subject under study.
