The right to property is a fundamental right. The mention of the Bloc of Constitutionality in France will integrate, in 1971, the rights and freedoms with the principles of constitutional value. The right to property acquires a constitutional dimension. In this context, the legal scholar of the University of Aix Jerôme Tremeau addresses the treatment of this right by the French Constitutional Court.
