Abstract

The constitutional reform of 2005 presents interesting facets in many aspects. Some of them are anecdotal, such as the suppression, in the text of the Charter, of the transitory provisions related to the passage from the authoritarian regime to its full application, in a kind of attempt to erase the link with an undesirable constitutional lineage and incidentally , also, with the history of which said provisions were part.
