Abstract

The concepts of solidarity, primacy of the general interest, participation of the people in the State and community economy were pointed out by Professor Eduardo Novoa Monreal as the basis of a new institutional organization for Chile. Despite the domination of political and economic liberalism in the West, Many of its political-legal approaches are currently valid, despite which they need to be reformulated and purged of erroneous assessments resulting from the ideological confrontation of the Cold War.
