The term regulation has an origin associated with the work of Anglo-Saxon economic theory and its incorporation into the continental legal tradition has gone hand in hand with the liberalization processes of the economy that have been experienced in the last thirty years. In this perspective, the regulation tries to analyze the law from a dynamic point of view as a process of elaboration, approval and application of norms or acts with normative effectiveness.
