The credibility of the Spanish democratic system: political parties and corruption
Abstract
The credibility of the democratic system is at stake. And we make this statement because various scandals involving the financing of political parties and alleged corruption invade the covers of the Spanish press. It is necessary to establish a legal framework that addresses a scourge that affects much of continental Europe and other States of the world.
