Abstract

The lack of consensus around infidelity associated with multiple motivational theories and new emerging categories have made the term increasingly complex. The initial trends have been disrupted with the incursion of AI raising questions about the implications they will have on Law to the extent that its use is emerging as an alternative way or perhaps a complement to establish and maintain a certain kind of emotional and physical interaction, while facing a scenario where there is still no consensus on the changing nature of human sexual and intimate behavior to the various options and capabilities offered by technology

Ana Karin Chávez Valdivia, Universidad La Salle de Arequipa

Abogada, doctora en Derecho, y magíster en Derecho de la Empresa por la Universidad Católica de Santa María, y en Nuevas Tecnologías de la Información y las Comunicaciones por el Instituto Europeo Campus Stealle. Es especialista en Derecho Informático y Gobierno Electrónico por la Universidad Inca Garcilaso de la Vega y es docente asociada e investigadora de la Facultad de Derecho de la Universidad La Salle de Arequipa. También es conciliadora extrajudicial y directora del Departamento Académico de Ciencias Jurídicas.
