This paper aims to expose the current regulation on accession and denunciation of international human rights treaties. An exposition is made on what is established, in this sense, both by International Law and Chilean domestic law, mentioning the relevant norms in the Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties and the Political Constitution of the Republic of Chile of 1980, respectively. Finally, a proposal of content is made for the Constitutional Convention that will elaborate the new Chilean constitution during the years 2021 and 2022.
